Payments & renewals

  • Monthly memberships may renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • Annual memberships run for the stated term and do not renew unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations & refunds

  • You may cancel a monthly membership at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

  • Annual memberships are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.
